Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Beach Ease services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Beach Ease provides beach equipment rental and setup services in the St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Pass-A-Grille, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Beach chair and umbrella rentals
• Beach equipment delivery and setup
• Equipment pickup services
• Beach concierge services

Booking and Reservations

Reservation Requirements

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel with a full refund (minus 3% service charge) up to 3 hours before your booking time. After that, no refunds can be made.

Equipment Use and Care

Proper Use

Customers are responsible for using all equipment properly and as intended. Any misuse of equipment may result in additional charges or termination of service.

Damage and Loss

Customers are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period. Replacement costs will be charged at current retail prices.

Weather Conditions

Beach Ease reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided in such cases.

Liability and Safety

Limited Liability

Beach Ease provides equipment and services in good condition. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of our equipment or services.

Customer Responsibility

Customers use our equipment and services at their own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe use of all equipment and to supervise children at all times.

Insurance

We recommend that customers have adequate personal insurance coverage. Beach Ease carries commercial liability insurance but this does not extend personal coverage to customers.

Service Areas and Delivery

Our services are currently available in the following areas:

• St. Pete Beach
• Treasure Island
• Pass-A-Grille
• Madeira Beach
• Clearwater Beach

Delivery and setup times will be confirmed at the time of booking. We strive to meet all scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Beach Ease website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Beach Ease and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

Modifications to Terms

Beach Ease reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
